Windows 10 RS2 Installation .isos can be Downloaded Directly from Microsoft by visiting their website. Open up Google Chrome:
Search for Windows 10 Media Creation Tool: 
This will take you to the software download page for the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool if you are using a computer that is running Windows 7 or later.
The Media Creation Tool is a small application which can be used to Download Windows 10 Setup Files and Create a Bootable .iso. The .isos Downloaded from the Windows 10 Media Creation are multi-edition and the Media Creation Tool checks the setup files before creating the installation .iso reducing installation failure via the selection of the wrong Windows Edition or from obtaining an incomplete download.
If you are not running Windows 7 or later you will instead be presented with direct download links because other Operating Systems cannot run Windows Applications such as the Media Creation Tool. If for some reason you do not want to use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and would prefer to directly Download the Windows 10 Installation .isos we may use Google Chrome to emulate a mobile OS via developer tools:
To do this press [F12] in Google Chrome. Then press the Device view button:
You should get the page displaying as if its from a mobile device: 
Once you have the page displaying as a mobile device press [F5] to refresh the page:
The page will now offer the Direct .iso Download Links. Press the Device button again to revert the view back to a Desktop/Laptop:
Once the Desktop/Laptop view is set with the Direct Download Links shown press [F12] to hide the Developer tools:
You should now have a normal view with the direct Download Links. Scroll Down:
Select your Windows 10 Edition:
The Windows 10 .iso contains the Windows 10 Home Edition and Windows 10 Pro Edition. The Windows 10 Single Language contains Windows 10 Home Single Language Edition only.
In contrast the Media Creation Tool creates a Windows 10 .iso that incorporates the Windows 10 Home Edition, the Windows 10 Pro Edition, the Windows 10 Home Single Language Edition and the Windows 10 Education Edition. The Windows 10 Single Language .iso and the Windows 10 .iso are both listed but are the identical 4 Edition .iso with the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.
The Windows 10 N European Commission .iso contains Windows 10 Home N and Windows 10 Pro N European Commission Editions only.
These are Essentially Versions that Lack Media Feature Capabilities due to a Lawsuit with the European Commission and Microsoft. There are however many hidden dependencies on said Media Features Reducing the Overall Functionality of such Windows Edition.
Like the European Commission these Editions are very unpopular even in European countries.
In contrast the Media Creation Tool creates a Windows 10 .iso that incorporates the Windows 10 Home N Edition, the Windows 10 Pro N Edition and the Windows 10 Education N Edition.
You can Download the Windows 10 RS2 Creators Update .iso (recommended) or Windows 10 RS1 Anniversary .iso.
Once you have made your select select Confirm:
The page will validate your request:
You will then be prompted to select your language:
Note be careful here "English International" is "English UK":
What Microsoft list as "English" is "English US".
I will select English International:
Again the page will validate your request:
You will have a 64 Bit Direct Download Link (recommended as 32 Bit is becoming obsolete) or 32 Bit Direct Download Link that is valid for 24 hours:
Wait for the .iso to Download:
Once the .iso is Downloaded you can Mount it to Perform an In Place Upgrade Install from an Earlier Build or Create a Bootable USB for Clean Installation however I advise looking up the .iso Checksums to make sure you have a complete download before using the Installation .iso.
